We are doing our best to deliver orders as early as we can for our customers throughout the world.

Customs clearance?

Tax - Customers are fully responsible for any of customs related issues, such as Customs Taxes, Import Taxes, Value added Taxes, and so on. Customers are required to pay charges such as customs fee, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee whatsoever related with customs since KAHI is on DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customs issues vary by countries, so customers need to contact local customs office for more details of information to avoid potential problem

Refusal - Please be informed that KAHI has no liability on packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues. When refused package returns to us, we are not responsible for organizing reshipment. But we inform our customers of receiving notice of the package and if customers pay shipping cost again, reshipment will be arranged. No refund, no replacement will be incurred by KAHI with any of customs related issues.

 * In the case of refusal to pay tax or failure to clear customs, in specific countries such as Thailand, the items may be disposed of rather than returned. In this case, a refund will be not accepted.


How can I get the product delivered?

We ship the products safely to your doorstep with our shipping partner DHL.



When will the product be shipped out?

Orders that have been put through by 9 am during a week in Korea will be shipped out on the same day. However, since we are dealing with a number of orders lately, it may take 1~3 more days to ship the product depending on various circumstances.


Can I pick up the product myself?

For security purpose, we do not provide direct product pick-up or locker service.
Please note that it is also not possible to change the shipping address once the shipment is fulfilled.


Am I able to track my order?

Yes. Once our forwarding team fulfill the shipment your tracking number will be created automatically and the tracking number will be informed to you via email.


Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange, you are required to return the original item first then place a new order. You will get refund for the first order in accordance with our return policy.



How do I return an item?

You are given up to 7 days to request an item return.

In what packaging will my goods be delivered?

All products are securely sealed, packed and shipped in boxes to avoid damage within the delivery process.



Do I have to pay duty and import charges?

All orders shipped from KAHI are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and every price on the website dose not include any relevant import taxes and duties. If the value of an individual item or the total order exceeds the standard of tax excemption rate of the country, this may delay your delivery time since the package will be held by the customs and customers are on duty to pay for the fees.

Why are shipping restrictions applied to some regions?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, KAHI must adhere to some specific shipping restrictions.
Currently, there is a limitation on the delivery due to COVID-19, and we will expand the delivery area according to the relevant instructions.

Can deliveries be contact free?

Yes, once you request, contact-free delivery is available from your courier.
In case of refund or wrong products delivered, based on our policy, customers are expected to get either a refund or reshipment once the return process is confirmed.
